Job Description
Handle the UI/UX design process from concept through execution. Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Analyze data and make decisions on how to improve a productβs design. Brainstorm design ideas that meet with business objectives and priorities. Design interfaces that lead to intuitive user experiences. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure designs are effectively implemented. Assess creative work to ensure ideas are as powerful in reality as they are in concept. Lead the creation, execution, and continuous evolution of brand guidelines. Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining high quality. Mentor junior UI/UX designers.Requirements
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of design thinking or human-centered thinking/design.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive and responsive interfaces.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms and viewports.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, and/or Figma.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS is a plus.
- Experience with dashboards and data visualization is a big plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and concepts.
