Job Description
Support the UX vision and strategy established by project leadership in alignment with business objectives.Build empathy with users through research insights and participatory design.
Ideate to develop designs and solve user experience problems.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate user experiences.
Review designs with quality assurance and development teams.
Clearly communicate design process and rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating your design process and deliverables
- Must reside in the US and be authorized to work in the US
- Must have resided in the US 3 of the last 5 years
- Must be eligible for public trust
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred
- 10+ years of overall professional experience preferred
- Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred
- Active or past clearance to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the US Department of Health and Human Services
