Job Description
- Design and iterate on patient-facing flows (onboarding, eligibility, consultations, prescriptions)
- Improve the provider dashboard used by our clinical team
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
- Conduct lightweight usability reviews and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or patient-facing products
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work (not just marketing/branding)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for mobile-first responsive web applications
- Comfortable working async in a small, fast-moving team
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Bonus: experience with telehealth, EMR, or regulated health platforms
