What you'll own as our Expert AI Product Designer

• You own end-to-end design across our product and agentic experiences, from problem framing to shipped code.
• You design AI-native interactions: multi-modal interfaces, agent state, uncertainty, async workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• You contribute to the design system, shaping components, patterns, and AI-specific conventions.
• You work with PMs and engineering to shape product and technical direction, not just design direction.
• You lead critique and mentor other designers.
• You collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to consistently drive design outcomes.

Here's how we picture you as our Expert AI Product Designer

• 8+ years of product design experience
• 3+ years at Senior or Expert level
• Proven ability to drive design outcomes in a high complexity environment
• Fluency with AI design challenges
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system
• Strong cross-functional instincts
• AI-native with daily use of AI tools
• Equally strong in UX process, UI craft, product thinking, research, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration
• End-to-end ownership of features
• Bringing craft and polish to product experiences
• High agency and systems fluency
• Builder mindset with a focus on tangible outcomes
• Excellent communicator with clarity and efficiency in verbal and written communication
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
• Healthtech experience is a plus
