We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve - from the inside.
Design plays a central role in how we build and communicate Stravito. Our product helps global organisations unlock and use insights from market research and internal knowledge. As we grow, the way we look, feel, and show up in the world matters more than ever.
About the job
Brand and visual quality are at the forefront of everything we do. The job of a Visual Designer is to help shape how Stravito is perceived - to take our brand and make it feel cohesive, compelling, and consistent across every surface it touches.
In this role, youโll bring ideas to life with care and craft - from a single social post to a full website page - always with an eye for what makes something feel considered rather than just finished. Achieving this requires collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and the growth team, as well as external agencies and partners when needed. Youโll work within our brand system while also helping to strengthen it over time.
What you'll do
- Create high-quality visual design across brand, web, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Design and maintain key website pages in collaboration with the growth team.
- Create assets for social media, events, presentations, sales materials, and customer communications.
- Contribute to the Stravito design system - templates, components, and brand guidelines.
- Support the Creative Director on projects involving external agencies and contractors.
- Help build Canva and Figma templates that make it easy for other teams to work on-brand.
About you
To be successful in this role, we expect:
- A visual designer with around 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design.
- A good eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Comfortable designing for digital channels - web pages, social, decks, and marketing assets.
- Happy working within a brand system and contributing to its evolution over time.
- A clear communicator who is comfortable managing your own workload.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion design experience (After Effects) is a plus.
This role is fully remote, but you will need to be a current resident for tax purposes in one of the chosen locations.
Whatโs in it for you?
You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake ๐ We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other. We have zero micro-management and instead you are encouraged to cultivate your own processes while giving and receiving feedback for improvement. Add to that a competitive compensation package, the possibility of working with cutting-edge technology in our industry (such as GenAI) and to be part of simplifying the professional lives of many - whatโs not to like?
