Weβre looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our friendly 12-person creative agency. Weβre based in Brisbane, with team members across the Sunshine Coastand Gold Coast. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of three days in our Brisbane office. This role would suit a mid-level designer ready to take the next step in their career.
Youβll take projects from early conceptsand UX thinking through to polished, developer-ready Figma files, working closely with clients, our creative teamand developers along the way.
Youβll need to be expert-level in Figma, with a strong understanding of contemporary web design, UXand UI principles. You donβt need to code, but you do need an exceptional eye for designand a solid understanding of how websites work.
You should be comfortable using emerging AI tools, but great design still starts with great thinking. Weβre looking for a designer who uses AI as a tool, not someone whose design process relies on it.
