Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior UI/UX - Product Designer (Mobile Apps) to own and evolve the user experience and user interface of modern native mobile applications across iOS and Android.

In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, business and QA teams to design intuitive, accessible and scalable customer journeys across onboarding, authentication, identity verification, wallets, payments and account-management experiences.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designand developer handoff;
• Design intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences for native iOSand Android applications;
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypesand production-ready user interfaces in Figma;
• Build, maintain and evolve a reusable mobile design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across platforms;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholdersand QA to translate requirements into effective design solutions;
• Design secure customer journeys for onboarding, authentication and identity verification;
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testingand design-validation activities where appropriate;
• Define interaction patterns, accessibility requirementsand visual-design guidelines;
• Support engineering teams during implementationand perform design-quality reviews to ensure consistency with approved designs;
• Use user feedback, product analyticsand research insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Participate in product discovery, workshops, design critiquesand cross-functional planning;
• Ensuring that all activitiesand duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirementsand supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Briberyand Corruption Policy.

Qualifications

• University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for production mobile applications;
• Hands-on experience designing native mobile applications for iOSand Android;
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variables, auto layoutand design libraries;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction designand information architecture;
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypesand high-fidelity user interfaces;
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams throughout implementation;
• Practical understanding of accessibility principlesand mobile usability best practices;
• Ability to present design decisions clearlyand manage feedback from multiple stakeholders;
• Experience working in an Agile product-delivery environment;
• Strong communication, ownershipand collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing fintech, banking, payments, wallet or other regulated digital products;
• Experience designing KYC, onboarding or identity-verification journeys;
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelinesand Material Design;
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testsand structured design validation;
• Experience using analyticsand user-behavior insights to inform product decisions;
• Experience designing responsive web journeys alongside native mobile applications;
• Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactionsand prototyping tools;
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or a similar product-delivery platform.
