The Role

We’re looking for a Staff Web Designer to take on some of our most ambitious web work, bringing exceptional craft and creative thinking to our web practice. This is a high-level individual contributor role for someone with deep web design expertiseand creative judgment. You’ll take on projects from early direction through final execution, reporting to our Head of Designand collaborating closely with the wider Brandand Design team to translate cybersecurity stories into distinctive, thoughtful digital experiences. At the Staff level, you’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, bringing a strong point of view to your designsand the judgment to know how to move the work forward. While this is a remote position, we prefer candidatesin the U.S. East Coast or UK time zones for better team overlap.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

Web Design & Creative

• Own web projects from early creative direction through final design.
• Translate brand strategy, positioning,and technical cybersecurity concepts into compelling digital experiences.
• Develop thoughtful visual direction, page hierarchy, responsive behavior, interactions,and design systems.

• Create comprehensive Figma systems, components, wireframes, prototypes,and high-fidelity designs.

• Partner closely with developers to ensure the final experience lives up to the design.

• Bring strong creative judgment to the workand push ideas beyond the obvious solution.

• Ground every designin solid UXand UI fundamentals - clear user journeys, intuitive navigation, accessible patternsand conversion-focused CTAs - so sites are as easy to use as they are distinctive.

• Bring a curious, open approach to how the work gets made - actively exploringand sharing new tools, AI,and processes that strengthen our workand help us work more effectively.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Present work to clientsand clearly articulate the thinking behind your design decisions.
• Partner closely with Strategy, PM, Design,and Development to turn client goals into memorable web experiences.
• Navigate client feedback thoughtfully, knowing when to adaptand when to recommend a different approach.
• Collaborate with other designersand provide feedback when helpful.

What Success Looks Like

You autonomously create high-impact web experiences while collaborating effectively across Strategy, Design,and Development. You can deliver or lead projectsand hold a high creative standard, bringing a clear creative point of view while staying open, curious,and collaborative. Your work consistently strengthens the client experienceand contributes to the collective craft of the Design team.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of web/digital design experience, ideally within an agency or studio environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design craft across a range of projectsand clients.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figmaand fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, UX, interaction design, design systems,and a track record of applying them effectively.
• Strong creative judgmentand the ability to take complex work from brief to polished executionwith minimal oversight.
• Enough technical understanding to collaborate effectively with developersand design within real-world constraints.
• Confidence presenting work to clients, explaining your design decisions,and navigating feedback.
• Comfortable working across multiple clientsand projects while maintaining a consistently high level of quality.
• Hands-on experience using AIand emerging tools creativelyin your design process, with examples of how they’ve improved your work or workflow.
• Experience with cybersecurity, B2B tech, SaaS, or other technically complex industries is a plus.
