What you’ll do:

Over the first 6 months you will:

• Take ownership of a conversion rate optimisation workstream
  • Backlog
    • Collaborate with your peers to come up with hypotheses that may make our client’s website more effective
    • Help prioritise these ideas into a backlog based on perceived effort and impact
  • Implementation
    • Systematically work through the backlog and ensure that ideas are designed and built the way that they’ve been imagined
    • Take the designs provided to you and determine how best to convert these into meaningful experiments
    • Use your coding skills to build these experiments, utilising HTML, CSS and JavaScript on the VWO platform
  • Reporting
    • Regularly monitor the performance of A/B testing experiments, analysing the volume, impact, and confidence of their results
    • Report progress, findings and recommendations to the client in a weekly status meeting
• Use your front-end smarts and adaptability to support various development projects based on the changing needs of the team and our clients. Such projects may be:
  • Building websites, landing pages and web applications, using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Next.js
  • Creating reusable and documented UI component libraries, based on a design system methodology
  • Supporting development updates to legacy websites, built on technologies such as WordPress and Sitecore
  • Work alongside Design, Creative and Tech superstars to ensure that ideas are executed in the way that they’ve been imagined
• Cement yourself as a key player in the team by demonstrating your commitment to DIJGTAL and your craft
  • Supercharge your autonomy by proactively setting regular check-ins, planning ahead and using your time wisely
  • Consistently go out of your way to support your team and the company as a whole
  • Be reliable and dependable
  • Complete your work efficiently, and refine your approach with a mindset of continuous improvement

Ongoing:

• Build up a specialisation in conversion rate optimisation and help us to implement this across multiple clients
• Work on the development of highly scalable and immersive front-end experiences across web, mobile, and apps, along with the support to succeed
• Challenge the norm. Experiment with emerging technologies and new ways of working, sharing your learnings and fresh ideas with the team (Hey, Friend!)
• Pride in your projects. You have a great eye for detail; formatting, layouts, pixels, typography, colour, etc. have to be just right before they get your stamp of approval
• Wear your productivity hat to help refine and evolve our processes, templates and toolkits to be more efficient and effective
• Buddy up and share your superpowers with the team (Hey, Friend!)
• Join forces and collaborate with the wider team, including Creative, Design, Tech, Product and Marketing; ideas grow and we grow!
