Reporting to the VP Creative (NZ), as Digital Designer you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class design solutions for use in the communication and marketing of our brands and products - Delighting our audience with beautiful designs! You'll be working on exciting out-of-the-box visual work.

What you'll be doing

Deliver high-quality graphic design on marketing and social material for a range of Futureverse's key internal projects and partner brands.
Work closely with Copywriters and Marketing leads to ideate, and design highly creative concepts that are true to brief and brand guidelines.
Work closely with Motion Designers to storyboard and design engaging and dynamic motion assets.
Understand and apply a brand's aesthetic across all design outputs.
Collaborate and build relationships with Design Directors, Marketing and Strategy teams to become a trusted creative and design practitioner.
Work quickly and confidently to explore a wide variety of options, and present to stakeholders for creative feedback.

Requirements

Who we're looking for

2+ years of experience and a strong portfolio of digital graphic design work.
Experienced using digital design software tools to create layouts, mockups and visual compositions (Figma, Adobe).
Ability to accurately estimate/scale design tasks and ensure the right balance between effort & value.
Excellent communicator with a continuous improvement mind-set.
Skilled in the use of type to convey both message and aesthetic.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A true team player - someone who enjoys a collaborative approach in a cross-functional environment.
Ideally, you will be based in New Zealand, but we are also open to applicants based in Australia.
Experience in motion design & the use of 3D assets (is advantageous).
