Requirements

You’re our perfect candidate if you:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Collaborate closely with CRO, Marketing, other design coworkers and engineering.
• Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints into design.
• Create interaction designs.
• Work with UI kits and components inside Figma.
• Create mobile UI designs for enhance product growth (such as refining onboardings and pricings pages).
• Maintain design specifications and visual consistency in different products.
• Ensure that the design adapts to different devices and screen sizes.
• Present work to CRO, Product and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders.
• Ability to work on different projects.
• Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management.

Your expertise in a nutshell

• At least 2 years of professional UI Design experience.
• Strong portfolio of design projects (extra bonus for mobile designs)
• Bachelor’s degree in design, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of Figma.
• Experience maintaining and working with UI kits and design systems.
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, typography, color, and page layout.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
