About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. You will play a crucial role in transforming our existing mockups into intuitive, beautiful, and brand-aligned designs. Your designs will ensure that our social media management software for influencers, agencies, companies, and social media managers is both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.

UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence:
  • Redesign the user interface to meet high design standards.
  • Ensure the design is aesthetically pleasing, matches brand colors, and aligns with our overall brand identity.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that accurately represent the final product.
• User Experience:
  • Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex processes described in the platform plans.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Feature-Specific Design:
  • Design the layout for various tabs such as statistics, schedules, team management, and messaging systems as detailed in the project plans.
  • Ensure the UI supports features like automated messages, detailed statistics, mass messaging, and permission management.
  • Develop designs for the communication and review systems, ensuring they are easy to use and highly functional.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the Product Manager/Business Analyst and development team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business requirements.
  • Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design is implemented accurately.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Ensure that the final product is polished, professional, and meets the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
  • Experience designing for social media platforms or management tools is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
• Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
