In this role, you will
- Design and implement UI by producing sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and visual design deliverables.
- Lead and evolve design systems for web and mobile, ensuring integration with engineering teams.
- Innovate design paradigms and explore new visual styles to enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure design consistency.
- Develop frameworks that facilitate smooth handoffs between design and development.
- Empower non-designers to create basic UI elements while maintaining design quality.
You will need
- 7+ years of experience in UI design, with at least 3 years in senior roles.
- Proven experience in evolving design systems in fast-paced environments.
- Expert skills in motion design and UI components.
- Strong UX understanding with ability to use research to inform design.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Zeplin, and UXPin.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Strong analytical skills and empathy towards users and colleagues.
