In this role, you will
- Test different ideas with customers to refine product direction through UX research, UI design, and prototyping.
- Understand users' workflows and pain points in the medical and healthcare space.
- Present and implement design solutions.
- Lead the user experience of a product from inception through implementation.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UIs, and prototypes based on user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders.
- Create design assets and guidelines, delivering them to stakeholders.
- Use design evaluation during development to maintain quality.
You will need
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital product design.
- A portfolio that demonstrates successful product design.
- Interest and understanding of the medical and healthcare sector.
- Experience in complex platforms and early product development.
- Experience conducting UX research and testing with qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience working closely with development teams.
- User-centered design experience.
- Strong presentation skills to clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills for complex design challenges.
- Ability to communicate and accept feedback constructively.
- Professional level English communication skills.
- Proficiency in German UX Writing.
