We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team.

Test different ideas with customers to refine product direction through UX research, UI design, and prototyping.
Understand users' workflows and pain points in the medical and healthcare space.
Present and implement design solutions.
Lead the user experience of a product from inception through implementation.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity UIs, and prototypes based on user needs.
Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders.
Create design assets and guidelines, delivering them to stakeholders.
Use design evaluation during development to maintain quality.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital product design.
A portfolio that demonstrates successful product design.
Interest and understanding of the medical and healthcare sector.
Experience in complex platforms and early product development.
Experience conducting UX research and testing with qualitative and quantitative data.
Experience working closely with development teams.
User-centered design experience.
Strong presentation skills to clients and stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills for complex design challenges.
Ability to communicate and accept feedback constructively.
Professional level English communication skills.
Proficiency in German UX Writing.
