In this role, you will
- Drive design strategy and scale design systems.
- Lead prototyping efforts and conduct user research.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Product teams.
- Create compelling user-centric solutions using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fully own design decisions based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
You will need
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer and/or UI/UX Designer, particularly in B2B software.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on improving healthcare.
