In this role, you will
- Transform complex ideas into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Optimize designs for responsiveness.
You will need
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating B2B or Enterprise product designs.
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam or Miro.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
- Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes.
- Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise is a plus.
