In this role, you will
- Define and oversee the UX/UI design for NCBE products.
- Ensure accessibility and user-friendliness of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and user researchers.
- Guide junior designers in creating effective interfaces.
- Integrate UX design into the product lifecycle.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Establish best practices for design implementation.
- Stay current with industry trends and practices.
You will need
- Strong portfolio in product design.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- 5+ years in UX/UI design and 1 year in a management role.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and understanding of front-end technologies.
- Experience with Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
- A bachelorโs or masterโs degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
