In this role, you will
- Manage the End-to-End User Journey and refine user experience across all touchpoints.
- Ensure cross-platform consistency, maintaining intuitive user flows and design elements.
- Lead UX research and usability testing to gather user insights.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings.
- Collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
You will need
- 6+ years of progressive experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Masterβs degree or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience designing for desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
