You will need
- Experience with complex enterprise design systems
- Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD)
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with WCAG guidelines
- Experience with tools like Figma
- Nice to have: familiarity with Git and frameworks like Angular and React
