In this role, you will
- Develop UX project deliverables such as wireframes, site maps, content inventories, user interface designs, user requirement specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Write clear and concise UI specifications.
- Adhere to Shields Health Solutions brand standards while promoting design best practices.
- Create holistic design artifacts that can be easily translated into functional and intuitive UIs.
- Effectively communicate and articulate design rationale to teammates.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Lead user experience research, design requirement sessions, and usability studies.
- Actively participate in cross-functional team collaboration between software engineering, development, technical architecture, and business leads.
You will need
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, intuitive, and functional UI/UX design.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into functional design artifacts.
- Strong knowledge of interaction design and design methodology.
- Experience with the latest design applications (Figma preferred).
- Up to date on the latest UI best practices, design techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
