In this role, you will
- Lead the UI design team to create effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align designs with their brand guidelines.
- Develop design systems with a focus on USWDS.
- Guide designers and inspire high-quality work.
You will need
- A Bachelor's degree in UI design, graphic design, or a related field.
- 8+ years of UI design experience in a federal consulting or government environment.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a design team.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical skills to translate user needs into design solutions.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Capability to maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
