In this role, you will
- Design and enhance user interfaces for job seekers and employers
- Collaborate closely with product and tech teams
- Create and optimize high-quality, responsive UI designs and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the design system for consistency across products
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
You will need
- 3-5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
- Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or similar industries is a plus
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with component libraries and design systems
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive design decisions
- Proficiency in English; German skills highly valued
