In this role, you will
- Create user interfaces for GTM assets such as landing pages, demos, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand GTM goals.
- Develop and maintain consistent design language across all GTM assets.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by maintaining balance in spacing, alignment, and hierarchical structure of content.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and processes to non-design stakeholders.
You will need
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in UI/UX design, particularly in B2B SaaS platforms.
- Strong foundation in design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Experience with creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries.
- Understanding of front-end development principles is a plus (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge can be useful).
- Strong attention to detail, especially in areas like spacing, alignment, and typography.
- Creative problem-solver who can translate business objectives into compelling user interfaces.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects from concept to completion.
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments where design iteration is rapid.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization and design impact on marketing and sales outcomes.
- Familiarity with A/B testing for UI components.
