In this role, you will
- Shape the look and feel of products ensuring functionality and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with teams to gather user requirements and create wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing and develop design specifications and style guides.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability while iterating designs based on feedback.
You will need
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and case studies that highlight user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive design decisions.
