In this role, you will
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement design solutions
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design challenges
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Present and defend designs to peers and stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Implement industry best practices by studying competitors
You will need
- Strong UX design expertise with solid UI skills
- Prior experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in UI design software and wireframing tools
- Demonstrable UX portfolio showcasing a user-centered design approach
- Deep understanding of design principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid grasp of blockchain technology
- Personal interest in Web3
