In this role, you will
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with latest design trends and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design standards are maintained.
You will need
- At least 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and impact.
- Excellent skills in design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
