In this role, you will
- Create visually stunning 2D art assets, including icons, menus, and HUDs that align with the gameβs style.
- Design and implement dynamic animations for a superior user experience.
- Set up UI layouts and hierarchies within Unity for intuitive user flows.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate UI/UX designs in the game.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain best practices for asset optimization on mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make adjustments.
You will need
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Artist in gaming with a strong portfolio in 2D art and animation.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Understanding of Unityβs UI system and layout setups.
- Knowledge of creating engaging UI animations and visual effects.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and understand technical UI implementation.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for creating user-centric interfaces.
