In this role, you will
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs
- Ensure design consistency with FSM and CSG branding
- Work with developers and QA to ensure design feasibility and support implementation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices
You will need
- 3-5 years of design experience, specifically in UI/UX
- Bachelorโs degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Familiarity with foundational design concepts
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles
- Familiarity with mobile design guidelines
- Familiarity with agile processes like Scrum
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
