In this role, you will
- Establish platform principles, standards, and experience guardrails.
- Act as the primary UX expert for the organization.
- Plan and implement user-focused designs for the online learning platform.
- Continuously optimize existing UI designs.
- Engage with stakeholders to align UX efforts.
- Translate technical and business requirements into user-centered designs.
- Infuse creativity with strategic design elements.
- Develop prototypes for new product ideas.
- Conduct usability testing of new ideas.
- Engage in continuous user research to inform design decisions.
- Manage the Design System.
You will need
- 3-5 years of experience as a lead UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- 2 years of experience in video processing.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe products (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Ability to conduct and lead user-centered UX testing sessions.
- UI design portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Knowledge of usability factors in Human Computer Interaction.
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field.
