Scribe is hiring a Visual Designer to scale and evolve our visual designs and brand. Design excellence is a core pillar of what Scribe means to our team and our users. As such, we’re looking for someone with great attention to detail and graphic design skills. This role will work closely with the Marketing team, but will have opportunities to collaborate with Product. This role will report to the VP of Design.
Examples of what you’ll be doing:
- Concept and execute creative campaigns with Marketing and Product
- Upgrade Scribe’s visual design systems, including voice and tone and brand elements
- Continue to evolve Scribe’s website, landing pages, and any other external canvases
- Own and scale Scribe’s brand guidelines and visual systems, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and other visual components.
- Occasionally manage vendors to expand on creative such as motion design, illustration, animation, etc.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in the web/SaaS space with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and UX
- Experience creating and maintaining a design system
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas with cross-functional teams
Bonus points:
- Experience building and editing sites in Webflow
- Experience or interest designing for products with active communities

Compensation
$120k-$150k USD salary + equity
