Who You Are
- Responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Blend visual design, interaction design, and user experience strategy to create easy-to-use products.
- End-to-end ownership of the design process from concepts and research to prototypes and handoff.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate user needs into user-centered experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design clean and modern user interfaces that elevate the product.
- Lead user research and usability testing for insights and improvements.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished designs in Figma.
- Build and maintain the design system ensuring visual consistency, usability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with developers providing design specs, assets, and support for smooth handoff.
- Prioritize accessibility and inclusive design following best practices and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design focused on web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong design acumen solving UX problems and applying visual design principles.
- Advanced Figma skills including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Experience with design systems and user-centered design processes.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to explain design choices at all levels.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS), motion design, and/or accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Location
- This is a hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA.
- Candidates must be able to commute to the office 2-3 days per week as needed.

Compensation
- $120,000 60,000 salary range plus discretionary performance bonuses and equity.
