Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a UX Designer
- Experience working on IT projects in Insurance, preferably enterprise environment
- Experience leading end-to-end projects (research β design β testing β implementation)
- Experience conducting user research and collaborating with end-users
- Ability to design and maintain design systems
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Knowledge of agile software development methods
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and different organizational cultures
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, independence, decisiveness, and proactivity
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client workshops
- Very good English language skills (minimum C1)
- Availability to work 9.00-17.00
Responsibilities
- Lead UX work for two parallel business streams/processes (e.g. BUD Claims and Underwriting) with separate Product Owners ensuring design system consistency
- Design interfaces based on bespoke frontend and backend with API provided by external vendor
- Collaborate closely with PO, BA, and development teams in iterative mode (setting monthly goals and scope, delivering within sprints)
- Co-create and develop design system to ensure solution consistency across products and processes
- Implement improvements in UX-dev collaboration processes to increase development efficiency
- Conduct UX activities: research (interviews, workshops, analysis), design (low/high fidelity mockups, prototypes), usability testing and evaluation
- Participate in scoping and design workshops, including onsite client sessions to improve communication and relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with other UX professionals in the client organization for knowledge sharing and synchronization
- Support UX at the entire client organization level, ensuring software consistency across multiple streams
