Responsibilities
- Define and document user flows and in-app navigation structures
- Create wireframes, interaction diagrams, and prototypes to clearly communicate UX concepts
- Identify user friction points and propose refined solutions
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align UX with business and technical goals
- Design refined mockups, screens, and UI components using Photoshop
- Animate UI interactions and micro-transitions to enhance user engagement
- Maintain visual consistency and accessibility across mobile platforms
- Deliver feasible assets and behaviors aligned with Unity implementation
- Implement and adjust UI elements using Unity UI system (Canvas, RectTransform, Animator)
- Apply best practices for asset structure, resolution independence, and performance optimization
- Create and manage pull requests with organized art and prefab assets
- Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth integration of UI into gameplay and application logic
Requirements
- Over 3 years practical experience in UX/UI design for mobile apps
- At least 2 years experience with Unity UI system (prefabs, Canvas, animation)
- 3+ years professional experience in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Figma or equivalent tools in prototyping, visual design, and collaboration
- Track record in defining, sharing, and improving user flows
- Knowledge of version control using Git
- Consideration for art asset organization and pipeline in Unity projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate smoothly with other departments
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Unity animation system and Timeline for UI behavior production
- Understanding of localization and accessibility
- Motion design or VFX skills to enhance UI feedback
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools for mobile UI in Unity
- Advanced skills in Figma for prototyping, visual design, and collaboration
