Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery squads including product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless digital experiences
• Take a hands-on approach in designing user interfaces and crafting delightful user experiences across mobile apps and websites
• Support the Design Lead in pushing the creative direction forward and meeting client expectations
• Advocate for data-informed design, leveraging user feedback and insights to guide your decisions
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine high-quality visuals to meet fast-paced delivery cycles
• Present and articulate your design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)
• Knowledge of other design/prototyping tools like Principle, Sketch, or Framer is a bonus
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both creative and technical audiences
• A portfolio showcasing beautifully crafted interfaces and thoughtful UX solutions
