Responsibilities

• Responsible for every aspect of a system's user experience including flow, layout, fields, interactions, and data visualization
• Solve workflow problems and develop new ways to visualize market data
• Figure out client needs for solutions, including unrecognized requirements
• Think on your feet, sketch, present, iterate, and refine ideas with clients
• Gain exposure to diverse client businesses and technologies
• Work onsite with product and development teams alongside a Visual Designer

Required Experience and Skills

• 5+ years experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture with process definition and driving ability
• Hands-on user research, sketching solutions, and wire-framing experience
• Interest and competence in solving real-world business problems
• Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Effective communication and ability to influence client strategy and perceptions
• Determination and positive attitude to achieve goals over open-ended investigation
• Resourcefulness and independence
• Preferred undergraduate or graduate degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or design-related field

Desired Experience and Skills

• Experience designing complex, interactive, transactional, enterprise-level expert systems
• Knowledge of and strong interest in global financial markets and financial products
