Role Overview
- Work on apps used for space capabilities and cutting-edge technologies within an enterprise UX Design company.
- Staff UX Designer with Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility required.
- Address complex space app user experience challenges.
- Onsite role in Centennial, CO or Aurora, CO.
- Position contingent on securing a government contract, with start planned for late 2025 or early 2026.
Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of UX design experience with four-year degree, or 12+ years without degree.
- Ability to implement end-to-end UX process in government program environment.
- Experience in complex app design, proficient with Figma following design system and specification guidelines.
- Experience working with DoD, Intel, and/or Space applications.
- Proficient in communicating design decisions and delivering clear design specs for developers.
- Portfolio or case study examples required to discuss design process in interview.
- Ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Must live in Denver area and willing to work onsite daily.
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility mandatory.
Compensation
- Salary range: $127,000 - $185,000 a year determined by experience and market data.
