Responsibilities
- Support and execute user research studies and consumer research, assisting in analysis of data to generate insights for product decisions.
- Assist in end-to-end mixed method research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and concept testing by preparing materials, recruiting participants, executing protocols, and documenting findings.
- Contribute to defining research questions and selecting appropriate data collection methods, ensuring valuable deliverables that meet project timelines.
- Synthesize research findings to identify key customer pain points and opportunities, communicating priorities to the business.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to support current product improvements and innovation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience conducting user research in innovative consumer fintech, financial, mobile, or digital companies.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and analyze research studies using human-centered design and mixed research methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and concept testing.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing logistics of small-to-medium research projects and coordinating activities with team members while adapting to changes.
- Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Data Analytics, and Marketing/Growth teams with collaborative spirit.
