Your impact
- Drive high-impact research initiatives Design and execute end-to-end studies using methods like interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnography to generate actionable insights that drive product decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and ensure our solutions solve the right problems
- Contribute to foundational understanding Develop and maintain user personas, JTBD frameworks, and journey maps that serve as reference points across teams
- Support and elevate the research practice Refine standards, improve tools and workflows, contribute to a shared research repository, and deepen the organization's understanding of UX research
- Promote empathy and insight-sharing Champion a user-centered mindset by communicating findings in engaging ways and advocating for our users across the organization
- Mentor and guide Support teammates (designers and PMs) in applying research techniques and fostering a culture of continuous learning
Your experience
- 5+ years of UX research experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS context
- Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods, with a strong track record of delivering insights that shape product strategy
- Experience working in close partnership with cross-functional product teams
- Strong communication skills, with ability to craft compelling stories, engage stakeholders, and facilitate workshops
- Familiarity with research tools like Sprig, HeyMarvin, Lyssna (or others), and openness to exploring new methods
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple research projects at once
- (Bonus) Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
