Responsibilities
- Design landing pages, promo pages, and microsites
- Create email templates for marketing campaigns
- Work on product features of junior 6middle level scope
- Conduct competitor research and analyze best practices in web and product design
- Deliver high-quality, developer-ready designs for websites and features
Requirements
- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience (landing pages, websites, email templates, web products)
- Proficiency with modern AI tools for boosting productivity, generating graphics, and AI-powered layout
- Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals (user flows, wireframes, basic research)
- Strong grasp of UI principles and experience with design systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand technical constraints
- Experience with graphics (icons, illustrations, image editing)
- Experience working in product teams or startups
- Understanding of marketing metrics and conversion
- Experience creating animations and micro-interactions
- Understanding of accessibility principles
- Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Portfolio: web design cases (products, websites, landing pages, email templates) and examples of work with design systems or UI components
