Role Description
- Design new CRO landing pages including first order redesigns and performance-driven variations.
- Own all web design for assigned brands, maintaining fresh, consistent, and conversion-ready experiences.
- Create compelling visual storytelling for complex concepts in a premium and playful style.
- Develop and maintain a flexible, scalable design system for consistency and speed across pages and launches.
- Design and launch new pages and campaign updates including seasonal refreshes and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with Growth, CRO, and Creative teams to translate priorities into high-performing visual experiences.
- Elevate visual quality to ensure branding credibility and premium positioning.
- Build templatized design solutions for faster builds and smarter reuse across growth initiatives.
- Partner with Growth, Ecommerce, and CRO teams to apply test learnings and implement UI/UX improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience designing for DTC, landing pages, or CRO-driven brand experiences.
- Ability to work fast and build templatized systems, preferably with agency experience.
- Power user of Figma with skills in creating design systems and prototypes.
- Strong design eye balancing brand aesthetics with conversion goals.
- Effective collaboration skills in fast-paced sprint environments.
- Understanding of conversion copywriting principles and persuasive writing techniques.
- Experience with low-code/no-code builders like Replo.
- Nice-to-have: Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects skills for motion graphics.
