Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a scalable Research Ops framework including recruitment, tools, and insights repository.
- Lead research strategy for the Merchant Experience Platform including validation and post-launch research.
- Partner with product leaders on new projects conducting early-stage discovery.
- Scale Design Partnership Program by managing customer advisory framework.
- Act as strategic partner to Senior Leadership using data-backed insights.
- Evangelize research value across the company leading workshops and mentoring.
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX Research experience with a proven track record in B2B2C SaaS environments.
- Experience building or maturing a research function from scratch.
- Portfolio demonstrating success in launching new product categories and optimizing high-traffic experiences.
- Expert in mixed methods including ethnographic studies, diary studies, usability testing, and survey design.
- Comfortable analyzing data to triangulate qualitative findings without relying on data engineering.
- Ability to translate complex findings into narratives resonating with C-suite, Engineering, and Product Managers.
- Understanding of unique B2B research challenges.
