About the Role
- Lead UX strategy to drive innovation and customer-centered digital experiences across platforms.
- Develop scalable design systems promoting accessibility and inclusivity aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to make data-driven design decisions and leverage user insights.
- Manage a team of UX/UI designers working across multiple omnichannel DTC brands at various lifecycle stages.

- Lead UX vision aligned with business goals and DTC roadmap, championing a user-first perspective.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams to deliver intuitive, scalable customer experiences.
- Influence product roadmaps ensuring UX integration from the start.

- Set and enforce accessibility standards meeting WCAG guidelines.
- Drive user research initiatives and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across engineering, marketing, and other departments.
- Establish UX success metrics and leverage data to optimize and iterate experiences.
- Advocate for UX excellence and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

This should describe you
- 8+ years UX/product design experience with 3+ years leadership managing design teams and strategies.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing user-centered, functional, and elegant experiences.
- Expertise in creating and scaling design systems and processes.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Ability to synthesize feedback, analytics, and market trends into design solutions.
- Skilled in Figma and prototyping tools like InVision or Flinto.
- Experienced collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills and passion for mentoring design talent.
- Preferred experience in e-commerce or DTC brands and Agile development environments.
- Familiar with usability testing methods, HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, customer lifecycle design, and conversion optimization.
- Data-driven approach to guide design strategies and prioritize features.
