Job Description
Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops following design thinking concepts, such as design sprints and Lean Inception; Lead end-to-end digital product projects according to scope needs, understanding the solution and deriving insights from concepts and statistical data; Participate in defining project requirements collaboratively, using design thinking tools; Plan and conduct primary research analyses, such as interviews and usability tests, to define and implement improvements; Create personas and user journeys, mapping them together with stakeholders; Prototype low-fidelity wireframes; Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes; Define use scenarios and complete interaction flows; Build and maintain the project’s style guide; Support the creation of technical proposals regarding the application of UX/UI design in projects.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Technology or Design-related fields
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking concepts, interface design, usability definition for digital products, and prototyping tools
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Planning and facilitating design sprints and co-creation workshops using design thinking tools
- Tools for running design sprints and online workshops (e.g., Miro)
- Platform usage guidelines for technology platforms (Web, Desktop, iOS, and Android)
- Information architecture and mental models
- Design task estimation
- Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Intermediate English
