  • Market research, exploratory analysis, and quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Responsible for conducting research with users and stakeholders
  • Mapping journeys, conducting benchmarks

  • The professional will play a key role in generating strategic insights that guide product decisions
  • Transforming data into practical, actionable recommendations, always with a user-centered focus

Requirements

  • Experience in market research
  • Experience with Figma
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer
  • Undergraduate degree in progress in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology or in the fields of Architecture/Information Design, Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, or Ergodesign
