5+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction and visual design skills.
2-3 years of experience designing B2B products, especially workflow-driven or data-dense applications.
Demonstrated experience conducting and applying user research to guide design decisions.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
A strong foundation in UX principles and accessibility-minded, user-centered design practices.
Working knowledge of front-end and technical constraints to ensure designs are realistic and implementable.
The ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operations partners.
Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and a fast-changing startup environment.
