Lead UX/UI Design
- Lead UX/UI design for a fintech application modernization initiative
- Focus on UI design and component library development
- Create and maintain a scalable component library in Figma
- Develop user-centric solutions including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to balance business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints
- Ensure design consistency and accessibility compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and iterate on designs using tools like Jira, GitLab, and Storybook
Requirements
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work
- Figma expertise: Solid experience creating and maintaining component libraries and design systems in Figma
- Atlassian tools proficiency: Experience with Jira and Confluence for project collaboration and documentation
- Development tool familiarity: Knowledge of GitLab and Storybook for design-to-development handoff
- Material UI (MUI) experience: Strong plus for familiarity with Material UI design framework
- Graphic design skills: Strong visual design capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Autonomous working style: Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in fast-paced environments
- Fintech experience: Background in fintech or finance-related projects is highly valued
- Collaboration skills: Ability to work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams
- User advocacy: Strong commitment to user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
- Language requirement: Fluent English (mandatory)
