Job Description
Work closely within interdisciplinary teams with developers and other stakeholders to create digital products and services for our clients.Translate complex product and service requirements into clear, intuitive user flows based on business and user needs.
Identify overarching interaction patterns to ensure a consistent brand and user experience, with a keen eye for detail.
Take the UX lead role in client projects and manage communications to clarify design requirements and decisions.
Prepare, conduct and follow up on user tests and interviews with support from the team.
Support other designers in their day-to-day work and share your knowledge to help advance the design culture.
Conduct co-creation sessions and facilitate workshops and presentations with clients and our success teams.
Share ideas beyond individual projects and contribute to the design and evolution of nine:41 as an agency.
Stay up to date with the latest developments, trends and thinkingβin UX and beyondβand share your insights and perspectives.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience designing digital experiences as a UX designer, information architect, or in a similar UX-related role.
- An initial online portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant experience.
- Strong command of information architecture and the user-centered design process, with solid knowledge of UX principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with user interface patterns, design systems and current tech/UX trends.
- Experience working in an agile, collaborative team and directly with developers to implement designs.
- Proficiency in a range of common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Principle, or similar.
- Ability to synthesize research, develop insight-driven strategies and facilitate workshops, pre-sales activities and pitches.
- Excellent design rationale, communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
