- Lead UX/UI design projects from concept to implementation

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- 2-3 years in a formal leadership or mentoring role
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Experience shipping large-scale, consumer-facing or complex B2B products
- Expert-level proficiency in building, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems using tools like Figma
- Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
- Ability to synthesize complex business requirements into user experiences
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative research into the design process
