Job Description
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Create clear proposals and documentation to support ideas and solutions across different ideation stages.
- Design, plan, and analyze testing strategies to validate solutions and improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Contribute to Magoyaβs understanding of design trends and market needs in the agricultural industry.
Requirements
- Student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (web and native) and responsive web design.
- Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (required).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Design Thinking.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
