Job Description

Lead the design and redesign of internal digital platforms and tools, collaborating with design leads and leadership. Partner with Research teams to execute and analyze comprehensive user research to uncover employee pain points and workflow challenges. Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints for internal systems. Craft intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows and enhance user efficiency. Create intuitive, user-centered interfaces for global technology projects. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user requirements and project vision. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices. Provide detailed development annotations for optimized handoff to delivery teams. Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that standardize component libraries, design patterns, and style guides. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design language across all projects and products. Ensure design systems are scalable and adaptable to new technology platforms and tools. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth. Lead collaborative design sessions with stakeholders, driving innovative solutions and consensus on design directions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, product design, graphic design, etc – or commensurate work experience demonstrating proficiency. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
